For 10 years, Moonra was involved as a strategic consultant, working across several departments including: Finance, IT and the Development office with the role of designing, developing, and implementing two global contribution models, a priority funding model, the global resource plan, and development of systems architecture and workflow process management in the global review, agreements and monitoring system.
The work has been meaningful and full of possibilities to apply effective change and systems that work and create efficiencies to help enable Greenpeace to do what it does best. It is a conscious choice to work for an organisation that is close to our values, and to develop creative and effective solutions to empower Greenpeace to have the biggest impact possible.
